FAQs

Do I need to keep a card on file?

Yes, we require a card on file, however you will not be charged until the time of service.

Can I pay in cash?

Cash is appreciated for tips, however, we are not currently taking cash for full payments.
A credit card must be on file for your appointment to be booked. Your card will not be charged until after sessions unless you owe cancellation/late fees.

Do gift certificates expire?

You may purchase gift certificates for your friends and family through our online scheduling system.
​ All gift certificates expire 90 days from date of purchase.

What are your Covid protocols?

Masks are currently optional at this time.

Do you have a parking lot?

Yes, parking is available behind our building. To get to the lot drive to the alleyway behind Sidewalk Cafe, come to the second parking lot you see near the trashcans. There is an alley that leads to our front door, please enter our space there.

How do I schedule online?

Following selecting an appointment on our scheduling system you are prompted to create a profile with Vagaro and asked to fill out/sign medical and payment forms.​ If you are having issues with setting up an account with Vagaro please try clearing your browsers cache and try again. If it is still not working please contact us to schedule on the phone after you contact Vagaro support. (925) 464-1932, ext. 2.

Do you take FSA or Insurance?

Sorry we do not take insurance at this time, however we do accept FSA cards. We also can provide medical massage receipts upon request.
